Abstract

Generally, the noodle-making industry in South Sumatra is only made with one color using food coloring. With the development and ease of accessing health information, people are increasingly concerned about their health, especially the food they eat. So a good solution is needed so that the noodle-making industry can continue to survive while carrying out a health mission. Departing from the idea of ​​the importance of noodle-making innovation, this service aims to provide new skills to the people of Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir Regency by fostering the manufacture of noodles made from spinach, beets and carrots. The obstacles they face include ignorance of information and lack of skills to process healthy noodles and how to develop a rainbow noodle business. The model of service activities is empowerment with the method of developing skills through training. The training on making Rainbow Noodles increases the knowledge of participants well where participants can add variety in fulfilling family nutrition, in addition to increasing knowledge, the training is also able to support participants' efforts to increase the products sold. Communication between speakers and participants during the training, with good presentation of material and opportunities for participants to ask questions, so that the interaction between speakers and participants went very well. The preparation of the committee in carrying out the activities has been good, both in terms of material, consumption, and others.
