Abstract

The Village Development Program in Kota Baru Village aims to improve the quality of worship spaces through participatory and collaborative efforts between students and the local community. The activities, which included observation, planning, community service, and evaluation, not only resulted in a cleaner and more comfortable prayer facility but also fostered a collective awareness of the importance of maintaining religious spaces. The program strengthened the spirit of mutual cooperation and served as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in community service. This model is expected to be replicated in other regions as a form of community empowerment driven by higher education institutions.
