Abstract

In the current era, traditional cake entrepreneurs are required to be able to innovate to compete with other cakes, especially those from foreign cultures. So, the service team tried to find a solution by carrying out product-based community empowerment through the product development of traditional Acehnese bhoi "mini" gluten-free cakes with flavor innovations to increase the income of traditional cake sellers. This activity was carried out in Lampisang Village, Aceh Besar. The method used is a participatory approach, presentation of material equipped with PowerPoint Presentations and simulations, group discussions, practice, and feedback from business actors in the form of understanding the material provided. In the management sector, efforts are being made to expand market share through digital marketing and business registration training to make it easier for partners to determine future targets and plans. This program is hoped to help the partner economy and create new business opportunities, especially the traditional Acehnese cake business.
